The Shop

A restoration shop built around one make.

Classic Chevy Garage exists for the cars and trucks that wore a bowtie when they meant something. We do not chase every project that rolls through the door. We pour the hours into Chevrolet, so the knowledge compounds and the work shows it.

Teardown, metal, mechanical, paint, and final assembly all happen under one roof. Nothing gets farmed out and forgotten. You work with the same people from the day the car comes in to the day you drive it home.

Every car should leave the shop the way it should have left the factory: tight, correct, and ready to drive.

Everything the build needs, in one place.

From a bare-frame restoration to a single weekend of mechanical work, the same hands see it through.

01

Frame-off restorations

Body off the frame, every system addressed, and the car put back together to a standard you can stand on.

Body
04

Trim, chrome & interior

Brightwork, glass, gauges, and upholstery sourced and fitted so the details actually line up.

Finish
05

Brakes, suspension & steering

Stock rebuilds or modern upgrades that make an old Chevy stop and steer the way you want it to.

Chassis
06

Inspections & appraisals

Pre-purchase looks and honest condition reports before you buy, or before you commit to a build.

Advisory

How a build runs

A clear path from barn find to driveway.

01

Assessment

We go over the car, talk through your goal and budget, and lay out an honest plan before anything comes apart.

02

Teardown & inspect

The car comes apart and gets cataloged, so every surprise is found early instead of halfway through.

03

Metal & mechanical

Rust and structure handled first, then the engine, drivetrain, brakes, and suspension brought back to spec.

04

Paint & finish

Bodywork blocked straight, color and clear laid down, and the brightwork and trim refit with care.

05

Assembly & test

Everything goes back together, gets dialed in, and the car is shaken down until it drives right.

06

Delivery

You get the keys, the documentation, and a car you can actually enjoy, not a project that never ends.
